By installing or using Mailsheet (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Mailsheet is a Chrome extension that reads your Gmail messages, classifies them using AI, and organizes the extracted details into a Google Sheet you own. The service is provided to help you organize business email such as orders, leads, invoices, and complaints.
Mailsheet offers a free tier (a limited number of emails organized at no cost) and a paid subscription ("Pro"). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. Plan limits and pricing may change for new subscriptions, but changes will not reduce what existing subscribers already have.
Mailsheet uses AI to classify and extract data. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the organized data before relying on it for business decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of perfect accuracy.
We work to keep Mailsheet running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties (Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Stripe) whose availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsheet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
You may stop using Mailsheet at any time by removing the extension and revoking its access in your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
